One1one Accident Aftercare belongs to and was created by Litigation Indemnity Consultancy Limited. The company is owned by Ian Wanstall and Robert Deakin who are also the Joint Managing Directors.
We also have a sister company, Litigation Indemnity Limited, which is an appointed representative of Allianz Legal Protection, part of one of the largest and best insurance companies in Europe.
During the set up and perfecting of One1one, we consulted with many people about our product. During our discussions with other people the most common word used to describe our approach to our product is "passion".
Passion for something is very difficult to convey in the written word but we hope that it comes through in the way this website as a whole is written and presented and in the very way in which our service will feel should you receive it.
We have a great deal of knowledge and experience not only in the legal world but also in the world of insurance.
Our joint experience of the legal and insurance worlds means that we have experience of not only the very best in service but also of the worst, all of which is very useful and instructive when seeking to create something perfect.
A big factor in the passion that drives One1one is a love of all things automotive. We love cars both modern and classic and, in Mr Wanstall's case particularly, the same goes for motorbikes as well. We do a huge amount of travelling up and down the motorways of this country and indeed most of our best commercial ideas arise from discussions whilst stuck in traffic jams!
Indeed, the origins of One1one started with such a discussion. We felt strongly - and still do - that things are not as perfect as they could be for the motorist and, drawing on our experience of vehicle-related, legal and insurance services we wanted to put together our own package of services for the UK motorist that IS perfect. Where a motorist is involved in an accident in the UK we wanted to make sure that not only did they receive the best package of services to meet their every need but also that these services were provided in the most convenient and hassle-free manner.
Like everything else in our product, the name One1one Accident Aftercare was very carefully chosen. People say "what's in a name?" and in this instance we would say "a lot!" One1one is more than a name; it embodies the very philosophy behind our product. One1one derives from the chief principle of our business, which is SIMPLICITY.
We say, simply: One number, One call, One complete service. Our concept is that by ringing our one number just once, all the needs of our Member involved in an accident will be completely catered for by our one complete service.
To give an indication of just how far our commitment to saving the motorist any inconvenience goes, by ringing our helpline number we will then take care of all the other reporting that is required following an accident even to the extent of reporting the accident to our Members' own insurers and then keeping our members fully and accurately informed.
As said at the start of this article, it is difficult to demonstrate in writing the passion that we have for providing our highly valued Members with the best package of services in the event that they are unlucky enough to be involved in an accident and how we have successfully created a package of the highest quality services for the motorist.
