• The law states that if you're involved in an accident that isn't your fault you have the legal right to be put back to the situation you would have been in had the accident never occurred


• This is why we're able to do everything we do for you. Such as delivering you a like-for-like replacement vehicle, for example: let's say you drive a Land Rover Discovery; by sticking to the legal principle of putting you back to where you would have been, we can deliver you another Land Rover Discovery and then recover the costs of doing so from other parties, not from you or your insurance

(2) If you're not at fault for the accident we can recover the costs of all the services we provide from 1 of 2 places rather than from you:

• from the at-fault party's insurance company if the at-fault party is insured; or


• from the Motor Insurance Bureau if the at-fault party is not insured

(3) We don't usually give membership away for free!

• We normally charge an annual membership fee of £29.95 per family
