Full incident reporting through the proper channels:
The call you make to this helpline is your ONE CALL: we have specialised teams of people whose job it is to take care of the reporting of the accident to your insurance company and the associated administration and paperwork.
Normally, the responsibility for this would fall to you. As you may know from experience, this can be quite tedious and time-consuming. But as a One1one member, it is dealt with for you by our specialists so you'll no longer have to ring your insurer in the event of an accident and end up having to endure lots of inconvenience and phoning around.
