If the accident wasn't your fault, you will be provided with a replacement vehicle either

• from the time of the accident if your own vehicle is not safe to use; or
• whilst your vehicle is not available to use because it is being repaired.

The replacement vehicle will be delivered to wherever is most convenient for you and will be on a CATEGORY LIKE-FOR-LIKE basis. For example, if you were driving a large family MPV, we won't add to your inconvenience by supplying you with a small hatchback, but will provide you with another large MPV.

All the vehicles in the fleet that has been put at our disposal in order to make this complete service possible are either brand new or nearly new and great pains are taken to valet every vehicle to the highest standards so that when you receive it, it will be indistinguishable from brand new.

DELIVERY STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE:

• The car, motorbike, van or light commercial vehicle will, when compared with your own vehicle, be of equivalent specification or better;


• Vehicles are never delivered on a low-loader truck but are driven directly to your door (or, in the case of a motorbike, delivered in the back of a van to keep it dry) and the delivery drivers are nearly all older former professional gentlemen and ladies for whom courtesy, politeness and all the important aspects of good service are second nature;


• The delivery person will make sure, before he or she leaves the vehicle with you, that you are familiar to your satisfaction with the controls and features of the vehicle provided

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS FOR MOTORCYCLISTS:

• You will be offered a replacement helmet if your own is no longer usable due to the damage sustained to it in the accident.


• If you use your motorcycle as your everyday transport and are unable to utilise a replacement bike (e.g. because you have been injured in the accident in such a way that you are temporarily unable to ride a bike), the service can provide a suitable car for you instead.
